Welcome Orly’s Barbecue Restaurant

Orly’s BBQ is a family-owned barbecue restaurant located at 290 Jefferson St in downtown Eagle Pass, Texas. Established in 2019 by Susana Rivera and her husband, who relocated their business from San Antonio to Susana’s hometown, Orly’s BBQ has become a local favorite for smoked meats and Southern-style comfort food. 

The menu features a variety of barbecue classics, including brisket, ribs, sausage, and chicken, available in combo plates, sandwiches, or by the pound. Popular offerings include the “Texas Orly” one-meat plate and the “Texas Star” two-meat combo, both served with sides like mac and cheese, potato salad, and beans. 

Orly’s BBQ is known for its casual, cozy atmosphere and friendly service. The restaurant offers dine-in, takeout, and curbside pickup options. Operating hours are Wednesday through Saturday from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and Closed on Sundays. They are closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.
